Abstract
The article analyzes the constructive experience of European higher education institutions to encourage student participation in cross-border and regional socio-educational projects. The author proves, that the Multicultural Region of Southern Bessarabia has great perspectives for increasing its transborder potential in high school cooperation and partnership.
