Abstract
One of the most important components of training future competitive specialists is their educational and professional self-efficacy. It is aimed at development of professional competence, creativity, leading to further self-improvement, directs a spiritual activity at achieving effective results in their professional activities. The article is devoted to the elaboration of a conceptual model of purposeful formation of educational and professional self-efficacy of future managers’ education in the course of professional training.
