Abstract
the structure of the budgets of peasant self-government bodies is analyzed, so as the accountability for the implementation of their obligations in Akkerman and Izmail districts of Bessarabia at the end of XIX – early XX century. The thesis is proved that the unification of the imperial power of all fiscal and administrative practices in the region, as well as the providing in 1871 to foreign colonists status of rural inhabitants in the region contributed to bureaucratization control of Bessarabian village.
