Economic Growth along the Danube

Abstract
This paper deals with the matter of economic growth for a zone alongside Danube River. We consider that it is an important thing to know, in order to make a comparison between the economic development of the countries bordering this river. The concept of the economic growth is a well-known one, but the approach of this theme in this manner it is a new one. The concept of the economic growth is an outstanding one, and different papers dealt with this subject, but a comparative analysis between those countries whose territory are watered by the Danube was not written up to now. The method used for this analysis is quantitative observation. The results of this attempt was an interesting one, and it is emphasized in the conclusion of the study. The implications of this research could be interesting both for the academics, researchers, and for the investors. The key contribution of this paper stands in the challenge of showing a mirror of the comparative economic growth for the states watered by the Danube. The conclusion of this study is that there are big differences between countries as for the economic growth alongside this river.
