Abstract
In the article some interactive approaches in relation to activation of student initiatives in the conditions of social partnership are highlighted. The article presents the experience of Izmail State University of Humanities in the sphere of organization of the system of forming students’ pro-European active civil position. In the article the dominants of forming the European identity of students in the conditions of multicultural Ukrainian Low Danube Region have been analyzed.
