Forms of Crime Manifestation specific to Border Waters of the European Union

Abstract
In the present paper we have analyzed the forms of criminal manifestation specific to border waters of Romania, in the conditions in which they represent the external border of the European Union and the external NATO border. Taking into account the current geopolitical situation, specific offenses that may be committed or even committed in the area of border waters, be it illegal migration, trafficking in human beings, smuggling of drugs, weapons or different goods can be considered as serious threats to Public order but also national security. The novelty elements consist both of the conclusions reached and of the proposed approaches that can be useful for both students and law enforcement agencies in the field.
