Abstract

In the present paper we have examined the constitutive content of the lobbying offense, in the light of the current regulation of the Romanian criminal law. The examination includes a reference to the recent Romanian doctrine, as well as the presentation of the jurisprudence promoted by the Romanian courts in the field. Critical analysis also required the formulation of critical opinions supported by de lege ferenda proposals, meant to improve the text. The paper is included in a university course to be published in a recognized publishing house in the field. The study can be useful to the university environment, practitioners, as well as to the legislator from the perspective of taking into account future legislative changes.
