Abstract
In this paper we have proceeded in examining this crime, insisting on the objective side. We have presented and analyzed the actions and inactions through which the material element of the objective side of the crime can be achieved. The paper can be useful to law students as well as to people with responsibilities for preventing and combating such acts. This paper is part of a university course to be published by a recognized publishing house in Romania.
