Voting Fraud

Abstract
The paper contains a brief examination of the crime of vote fraud, as this offense is provided in the criminal law.
The analysis also considered a comparative examination of the previous regulations from a series of special laws with criminal provisions adopted by the Romanian legislator after 1989. In the analysis, we considered the legal object and the material object, as well as the subjects of the crime, the objective side and the subjective side. The study can be useful to students and master's students of law faculties in the country, but also to practitioners in this field. The work is part of a volume of the Criminal Law Course to be published at a prestigious publishing house in the country.
