Corruption of Voters

Abstract
The paper includes a brief analysis of the crime of corrupting voters, a crime included in the group of electoral crimes. During the examination, we first considered the previous provisions contained in the special criminal laws with previously adopted criminal provisions, which were taken over in the content of the new law. We also considered the pre-existing conditions of the crime and its constitutive content. As it was written, with didactic emphasis, the work can be useful both to practitioners and students and master's students of specialized faculties in the country. This work is part of the university course on criminal law to be published at a prestigious publishing house in the country.
