Abstract
With Russia's act of aggression against Ukraine and the impossibility of current activities in Ukraine's Black Sea ports, practically all the flow of ships that were to load Ukraine's grain for foreign destinations moved to the Maritime Danube to and from Ukrainian ports on the Danube. Thus the Sulina bar, the only entry and exit gate to the Danube from and towards the Black Sea, was subjected to an unprecedented congestion of ships. The process of increasing the traffic capacity was crowned with success, in a short time and what remarkable results.
