The Digital Green Certificate - Limitation or Facilitation of the Right to Free Movement and Residence on the Territory of the European Union?

Abstract
Managing the Covid 19 Pandemic is, without a doubt, the biggest challenge facing the rulers, considering the serious consequences on all areas of human society. In this paper we aim at addressing some of the issues that affect one of the fundamental freedoms in the European Union - freedom of movement of persons as a result of the anti-pandemic restrictions in force introduced differently, depending on certain criteria, by each of the member countries. After countless pros and cons, the European Union has considered introducing a European vaccination passport (called digital green certificate) through the ordinary legislative procedure.
