The Importance of Communicating Organizational Values

Abstract
Our identification starts from the first steps on this earth, created under the careful supervision of parents, under the magnifying glass of grandparents, this is the organizational culture of the family. Subsequently, each individual goes through the culture of the school environment, and then reaches an organization as an employee or entrepreneur. I chose the path from abroad where I worked in organizations that could transmit their knowledge directly.
In this paper we will analyze the importance of internal and external communication of the values of the organizations I worked for and I will refer to the organizational norms that can make a difference in today's global environment and beyond. The peculiarity of the theme allows me to capitalize on our knowledge, information and abilities to become better for us and for our society.
