Abstract
Abstract: In the field of insurance, the negotiation process is very important. In the paper we have analyzed the way in which the verbal and paraverbal communication influences the negotiation process carried out by the employees of Alliaz Țiriac Asigurări SA, which has progressively diversified its entire range of products according to customer needs, including virtually all types of products in the general insurance segment - including the compulsory ones, life insurance, able to cover the full spectrum of customer requests.
