Abstract

Building, maintaining and promoting the image of an institution is based on its mission, vision and values and which it distributes to the target audiences, but also to the relationship workers working in the institution. Working in the preschool education system, I understood how important communication is in a school institution, but also outside of it. I understood that communication relations, properly managed, are the main tool through which the image of a school institution can be promoted. This was the reason why I chose, for this paper, this topic; the analysis focuses on a case study: “Promoting the image of the Kindergarten with P.P. no. 9, Bârlad, in the community”. I have described the way in which a preschool educational institution permanently cultivates its image.
