Interpersonal Communication in an Organization. Barriers in Communication

Abstract
In an organization, interpersonal communication is very important because it ensures the achievement of the proposed goal and objectives. However, each employee's own values can sometimes be barriers to communication and affect internal communication. In this paper we have highlighted the importance of quality interpersonal communication between employees and between employees and customers for a catering company and which are the barriers that lurk in this process.
