Categories of European Civil Servants. Recent Developments

Abstract
According to civil service status the public functions within the European institutions are classified into two categories: functions of administrators and assistants. Through this paper we will show the recent evolution of these categories by making a comparison between the old and the new structure of European civil servant career.
