Abstract

The legal field is not bypassed by surprises. Artificial intelligence is an extremely interesting and topical subject, challenging both it and medical, legal and other researchers.

Humanity has reached the point where it must accept the role of artificial intelligence by attuning its value system, its economy and its legal framework to the new reality.

Basically, artificial intelligence will decide which embryo has a potential for implantation and the sternum cells could help the ovarian reserve.

In order to ensure pregnancy success for couples who fail to conceive naturally, infertility treatment can be helped by artificial intelligence in a very near future where the human reproductive system can be restarted by stem cells.

The purpose of this Article is to contribute to the awareness of the importance of the future of in vitro fertilization in which artificial intelligence and stem cells will be able to overcome fertility, by the emergence of new technologies to support IVF procedures.

By trying to sistetize, we can say that the technology comes to the aid of modern devices such as the embryo that tracks both the development and quality of embryos, and genetic tests allow the evaluation of the genetics of embryos and the identification of possible abnormalities that could prevent a successful pregnancy.
